You place the tool over the filler cap, with the raised edge of the tool in the slot of the filler cap. Now you can use any wrench to loosen the Harley Davidson 4 Speed filler cap. This tool is CNC milled from high quality aluminum and will fits perfectly. The tool is polished and then red anodized, so it's easy to clean.
